At the same time wild and beautiful, and elegant and sophisticated, Slovenia is a mixture of alpine peaks, turquoise-green lakes and rivers, and Venetian-style coastline with harmonious city architecture and charming rustic culture.

Holidays in Slovenia

Lake Bled | Portoroz |

Slovenia is a largely unknown and undiscovered destination, revealing a wealth of surprises to the visitor. It lies in the heart of Europe, where the Alps meet the Mediterranean and the Pannonian Plain meets the Karst. The neighbouring countries are Croatia, Italy, Hungary and Austria. This small green republic measures 20,273 km2 in and is home to hospitable people of great diligence. Since the fall of Yugoslavia, Slovenia has been an independent democracy, and joined the EU in 2004. There is a whole range of astonishing and diverse landscapes as mighty Alpine peaks, softly rounded hills, vast plains and valleys, the splendour of the lakes, the crashing waves of the sea and charming towns - Slovenia has it all.

Travelling across Slovenia creates the impression that in a very short space of time you have driven across several countries. In our travel arrangements, you will be flying to Pula Airport in Croatia and then transferred to Lake Bled (transfer time of approximately 3hr) or to Slovenian coastline (1hr 20 min).
