There are many events that take place throughout the year in this area. The Dubrovnik Summer Festival is undoubtedly the largest and most representative cultural manifestation in Dubrovnik when the entire city and many of its guests participate. During the festival days, many indoor and outdoor spots in the old city become a stage for a number of operas, dramas and dance performances, concerts and numerous exhibitions.
