With our local guide, discover the secrets of centuries past in what is today the vibrant core of Dalmatia’s largest city. Then, hop over to the Island of Hvar, known for the purple of its lavender, the red of its wines and the Venetian feel of its hotspot – Hvar Town. A guided walking tour of Hvar. (B, CD)

Day 3 - Island of Korcula - Island of Mljet – Slano
Immerse yourself in the crystal blue sea in one of secluded bays on the way from Korcula to Mljet Island. Optional guided tour to Mljet Island National Park, the home of two salt lakes connected with the sea via a narrow canal. You can go for hiking and cycling around the lakes or kayaking to the small islet in the center of the great lake, charming with its 12th century Monastery of St. Mary. Entry fee payable locally. Spend the evening in the tiny settlement of Slano on the mainland. (B, L)

Day 4 Slano – Dubrovnik
In vicinity of Slano, there is a little place called Ston, famous for its strong wines, ancient salt production and succulent oysters and mussels. You can relax in Ston or join the optional tour the Taste of Dalmatia (at additional cost) that highlights all Ston’s treasures. Midway, a dip on Lopud Island gets you up and ready to go on the guided tour of Dubrovnik Old Town, surrounded by immense city walls, the filming location of the Game of Thrones, Star Wars and Robin Hood. Stop at one of the three inhabited ones for a stroll and a swim, before a lunch on board en-route to Korcula Town; this alleged home of the world-renowned traveler Marco Polo is bound to charm you on the walking tour. (B, L)

Day 7 – Korcula, Island of Brac & Omis
After breakfast, a scenic sail around the tips of Peljesac Peninsula and Hvar Island; perhaps even a refreshing dip along the way. Stop at the homeland of ‘the Croatian marble’ - the Island of Brac. Visit to the still-operating stonemasonry school in Pucisca to learn about shaping the limestone; its ultra-quality has been recognized worldwide and used to build parts of the White House in Washington DC and Bundestag in Berlin. Once back at the mainland, get stunned by the dramatic rocks backing the lovely settlement of Omis right at the mouth of Cetina River. (B, L)

Day 8 – Departure
