A Fantastic Holiday

Hi Maja, Thank you for organising what was a fantastic holiday. All three hotels were excellent in terms of location and facilities however the beds in the Hotel Amfora were like sleeping on a park bench no give in the mattress. When I complained and asked for a new mattress they said all the beds were the same and I had to get two layers from a baby's cot otherwise I would have left in a wheelchair (not joking) with my back. Anyway thankfully we did not let it spoil what was a great trip, but if you have any influence with them they desperately need to sort this out. Looking forward to exploring the northern part, Pula etc. next time. Great win last night, come on Croatia! Kind Regards,

We All Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Visit to Both Croatia & Montenegro

Hi Maja, A brief note to let you know that we all thoroughly enjoyed our visit to both Croatia & Montenegro. Your put together an excellent set of arrangements for us and all aspects of the trip went exceptionally well. From memory I think you are using the Majestic Hotel in Budva for the first time and we loved its boutique luxury style and it was perfectly located. We went to Kotor and our taxi took us over the mountains to let us see the stunning views. The driver we had recommended that we go to Perast for lunch and this was worthwhile. Your advice to locate ourselves in Budva was spot on. Being able to walk to the Old Town and restaurants and enjoy the coastal location was a definite plus. We even found a little Irish pub in the Old Town to see the Ireland v Australia match. Neal came to see us and gave us helpful advice on what to do while there. Our crossings of the border were fine at circa 15 minutes on the way down and circa 45 minutes on the return journey. Cavtat was a beautiful spot to base ourselves in Croatia and we had stunning sea views from each room. The scale of Hotel Croatia was only evident during the breakfast period each day. It is a top class hotel. Tamara arranged to meet us the day of our arrival and she is a passionate and enthusiastic representative to have on your team. We again received very helpful advice from her in selecting the trips we decided to make. Cavtat has a nice selection of restaurants, very friendly staff and an abundance of seafood. We took two trips to Dubrovnik, walked the walls, took the cable car and visited the war museum. We also spent a couple of hours on Lokrum on our second journey to Dubrovnik. The Botanic Gardens were very disappointing and poorly maintained. All our transfers worked perfectly and we left with memories of a stunning coastline, friendly welcoming people and an informed understanding of the history of both countries. The Idyllic Hotel Istra

Hi Maja, Thank you again for organising our recent trip to Rovinj and the idyllic Hotel Istra. We had a fabulous holiday and cannot recommend this hotel or Rovinj highly enough. Cannot wait to book our next holiday to lovely Croatia - Hvar and Split are next on our list!!! Thanks again, Regards,

We Had a Marvellous Time

Hi Miho Just a short note to thank you for your advice on our holiday in Croatia. We had a marvellous time... You were right about Korcula... It was gorgeous... And the Hotel Liburna was good, although a bit impersonal and lacking in atmosphere, but the situation was perfect. We then moved to Mlini where we had been two years ago and loved it. I think we love it even more now!!! The Hotel Astarea is very nice with lovely public spaces and stunning pool area. However the rooms are looking a bit tired. I did discover that if we go back we can stay in the hotel Mlini (I had a tour of their rooms and they are bigger and more modern) and avail of all the facilities of the Astarea, which would be perfect. Everything went like clockwork: flights, transfers, everything was great. Thank you again for your trouble! You will hear from me again next year (thats' not a threat!!!). Regards,

The Grand Hotel Park in Dubrovnik Was Ideal

Dear Maja/Mary and all the team, My family and I really enjoyed our trip to Medjugore recently. It was another great experience for me and a first trip for my daughter & family. Thank you to Moica, Danielle and David who looked after us brilliantly. The P.I.M.K. house was very comfortable and the staff were great! The hotel in Dubrovnik was ideal and my little grand daughter who especially enjoyed the pool. It was well located. I will be in touch soon to organise a trip for my sister and l. Thanks again.
